Sr. Miguel Inglés Pedrero. Industrial expert (electrical) for the Strategy for Industrial Productive Transformation (ETPI) at the Technical University of Catalonia (1966). Expert in: professional training and qualifications, lifelong learning, employment integration, knowledge management, training for trainers, international technical cooperation, project evaluation (project cycle management), research management.

Dra. Mercè Gascó Cano. Doctor of Medicine at the University of Barcelona. Expert on Reproductive Health and Development Co-operation. Deputy Chairman of the Spanish Federation of Family Planning, 1987-1992. Director of the Romanian Family Health Initiative Programme, JSI Research and Training, funded by USAID.

Sra. Rosa Regás Pagès. Writer. General Director of the National Library of Spain.

Sr. Eduard Sagarra Trias . Lawyer. Professor of International Public Law at the University of Barcelona and ESADE. Specialist in international law, EU nationality for non-EU nationals, asylum and commercial law. Former board member of the College of Lawyers of Barcelona. Founding partner of the law firm Roca & Junyent Abogados. Board member of the United Nations Association in Spain. Chairman of the editorial board of Mon Juridic (magazine of the College of Lawyers of Barcelona). Former chairman of the European Movement Council of Catalonia.

Sra. Dolors Folch Fornesa. Lecturer in Chinese History at the Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. Former Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Director of the School of East Asian Studies.
